Andrew Tallian, President. Through a 20-year global career of strategic
and operational roles, Andrew has a track record of establishing and operating
winning marketing organizations, positions and assets. In 17 years with Hewlett
Packard, Andrew served as Chairman, HP Marketing Council; Vice President Marketing,
Consumer Business; Vice President Marketing, Imaging & Printing Americas.
Andrew has held technology development positions with GTE and the consultancy
American Management Systems. Andrew holds a B.S. in Computer Science from M.I.T.,
an MBA in Marketing from The Wharton School, and an M.S. in Systems Engineering
from The University of Pennsylvania.
Kara Kerker, Vice President. In
her extensive marketing career, Kara has a successful track record
in marketing system design and operational management. Most recently
Kara was partner and strategy director for a pioneering creative
agency. Previously Kara served in executive marketing positions for
the venture-backed firms Think3, Goulter Medical, and PrintPaks.
In these roles, she developed the marketing organizations, systems
and plans essential for growth. From 1985 to 1996 Kara was with Hewlett
Packard’s consumer business in the U.S. and Europe. Her HP
career included heading U.S. Consumer Marketing operations during
a period of rapid structural change and expansion. Kara holds an
MBA and a B.S. from Cornell University.
Mihae Lim, Vice President. Through a career in industry
and academia, Mihae brings international business, business research,
and operations experience to our clients. At Mitsubishi, Mihae held
strategy and operations roles. She was Marketing Manager for a new
Mitsubishi Foods venture driving product definition and launch, and
coordination of initial manufacturing operations. At Mitsubishi International,
she coordinated the building of the U.S. distribution network for
medical imaging equipment. Mihae has served on the faculty at Lewis & Clark
College with a focus on International Affairs. Mihae holds a Masters
in International Business Diplomacy from Georgetown University and
a B.A. from Harvard University.

industry veterans combining strong operational experience with command

Our Senior Consultants oversee each engagement, driving project design
